In 2002, Janay appeared in a new series by Integrity Toys. She was introduced in a limited series embracing her African Heritage.
The box stated: "African women, with their fiery looks and joyful smile, have always been known for their unique talent of mixing color and light to create the most show stopping styles around.
One was called Serengeti Sunset and the other Mozambique Masquerade

DeleteI have seen these dolls in person at the Black Doll show some years back. They were the first really pretty 1/6 non-Barbie dolls!
