Birthday Goodies

For my  birthday, I go on the hunt for some new action figures and dolls. 

I went to Toy r us and Target and found some new action figures. Some of them have limited articulation. I purchased  DeadShot with the Will Smith face which is much cheaper than the fully articulated one by Hot Toys.  Toys R Us has a new set of 12" military figures. I was glad to see.  There faces are soft and not the hard face like Dead Shot. The one I [picked up was Bandit, True Heroes Sentinel. There are three more figures in the series.  Finally,  Black Panther was available   I had to wait until he became solo because he was first  introduce in a  6 pack.  I wish they had given him the face of Chadwick Boseman.

I found Jay by Hasbo in the doll aisle.  He is fully articulated and 11" tall. Jay is from the series the Descendants.

The other action figures that I ordered online were Finn from Star Wars by Hot Toys,  and Rainbow Dash My Little Pony series by Integrity Toys.

Fall is here and I am back

Hello Everyone,

I know I have not posted for awhile.  I have been busy during the summer working and taking trips.  I have been to Chicago, Jacksonville, Philadelphia and St. Maarten.  I enjoyed myself at each event.

We attended the  National Barbie Convention in Jacksonville, Florida.We had a great time and won two ribbons for my diorama and my doll.

Playline and Adult line action figures

These are some of the figures that came out during the past holiday season.  Lebron James and Kevin Durant  are by Jazwares.  They have 6" version and were supposed to have more 12" versions of the various basketball players but I guess they did not sell well and were not made.  I miss the 12" basketball player figures.  Finn and the Rock are by Hasbro and have limited movement.  I waited years to finally have Shana Elmsburg boyfriend, Anthony Julian.   I wish that the Disney Finn was 12" but they made him 14".

Descendants

I like adding new characters to my doll collection.  I came across the Descendants and waited for the characters that would fit in with some of the other dolls that I have.

The Descendants is a television show based on the movie of the same name.  Freddie is one of the newer characters that has been added along with Lonnie and Jordan.  

Freddie  is a member of Isle of the Lost. She is trying to get into Auradon Prep. The school is for the children of the fairy tale characters. She is the daughter of the Facilier. Out of the Shadows and onto the stage.  He is the evil character from the Princess and the Frog. 

Lonnie goes to Auradon Prep. She is the daughter of Mulan. Blossoming New Friendships.

Jordan goes to Auradon Prep.   She is the daughter of the Genie. Making her own wishes come true.

Anfernee Hardaway

Anfernee "Penny" Hardaway, basketball player created by Enterbay. When I found out that Enterbay was creating him,  I want to get him.  However, I had to think about this purchase since he was higher than most of the Enterbay basketball players.  I was wondering why, since he has been retired for years.  The price was higher because 2 figures came in the box not just an extra head.  Yet, another deciding factor was that I had waited for years to have a 12" Hardaway action figure to go with Lil Penny.  I had always wanted a 12" Lil Penny action figure. 

The figures are amazing in detail and came with  different hands, two uniforms and a basketball.  

I also purchased the Dree Hill doll from Integrity Toys.  She  works perfectly with them because her boots make her tall.
