Uploading photos

I am having trouble uploading photos to my blog.  I hit on the insert image and I get the Upload word but the BOX to upload the file to is missing.  Did google change how to upload files from  my documents/flash drive?

    I have to check on this problem: I, too, have been unable to upload photos to my blog. Grrr ....

    I was uploading to my Picassa account; then I noticed that the regular upload was working again. Yay! Try again to upload your photos as usual - good luck!

    I have had to update my browser to google chome to upload pictures.
