She was in Buffy the Vampire Slayer as Kendra.   She also starred in Saved by the Bell: the New Class.  She is the daughter of Richard Lawson (husband of  Tina Knowles) and  Denise Gordy (niece of Berry Gordy).

This couple has been married for about 20 years.   He is appearing as James West  from the movie Wild Wild West and she is appearing as Niobe from the Matrix.  In this picture Niobe is about 5" but I do have one that is about 10".

He is a African American Hockey player for the Philadelphia Flyers.   He plays the position of Right Wing and is the alternate captain of the team.

This figure was created by Funko.  These are cute little figures and I was going to collect the African American ones.  Then I realized that I do not have any space for these additional figures.  I decided that I would only collect special ones and not all of them.

I chose him because he one of few African American NHL players that was created into action figure.  The first one was  Grant Fuhr.   He was a 12" action figure.  See my post: http://maledollworld.blogspot.com/2013/06/grant-fuhr.html.

He plays Grey Worm in the the television series Game of  Thrones. This is more of a statute that an action figure.   Grey Worm is the chosen commander of the one of the warrior groups.  He is also a musician and uses the alias Raleigh Ritchie.  His debut Album was titled "You're a Man Now".  He is an English actor.

She played Rue in the movie the Hunger Games in 2012.  Other characters from the movie were made into 12" size.  This was the only size that Rue came in.  She is about 5" tall.  She has also appeared in the movie Columbiana as the younger version of Zoe Saldana's character in the movie.*

He appeared on the Simpsons, an animated sitcom as himself on the 14th season.   The episode was entitled "How I Spent my Summer Vacation" in 2002.  He is a singer, songwriter and actor.  He won the Grammy Award for Best Male Rock Vocal Performance four years in a row.

He was known as Kunta Kinte in the Epic Television Mini-Series "Roots" and then he appeared in Star Trek -The Next Generation from 1987 to 1994 as  Lt. Commander Geordi La Forge.  He was also the host of the PBS series Reading Rainbow.
