Celebrate Black History Month

This year I am focusing on characters that do good to help their fellow neighbors or get rid of the evil. The dolls and action figures are superheroes or heroes. I will also add a few super villains too.

I will describe the character and you have to guess the character and the actor/actress that played the part.

She was created by DC Comics and was originally a supervillianous. She is known as a cat burglar and jewelry thief. However, in the 2004 movie, her name was Patience Phillips and graphic artist and designer.
